Allen Huggins

Allen is the lead real estate agent and managing broker at WH Properties. A 9th generation Nashvillian, he is an expert on everything Nashville with an extensive network. Allen is a proud graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of Georgia.
Allen got his real estate license in 2003 and formed his real estate team in 2009. He started his own brokerage, WH Properties, in 2017 as his business grew.

Caroline Armstrong

Caroline is the accomplished real estate partner for WH Properties. A graduate of Auburn University, she is a native Nashvillian and an active volunteer, serving on many non-profit committees.
Caroline got her real estate license in 2003 and worked in the local home construction industry for 10 years. In 2013, she joined WH Properties as an agent and partner. Her knowledge of home construction and real estate helps her clients make the most informed decisions every single time.

Laura is the WH Properties home buyer expert. A USM and NWFSC graduate, she has degrees in Operations Management and Business Administration & Marketing.
Laura joined WH Properties in 2014, adding to 10 years of real estate and property management experience in Florida. She takes the lead in managing our buyers through in-depth property searches, home showings, and more.
Rachel Gale
Director of Operations

Rachel is the director of ops and office manager for WH Properties. Nashville born and raised, she graduated from MTSU and has 17+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
Rachel joined WH Properties in 2015 and got her real estate license in 2017. She facilitates every transaction from contract to close, and handles all operational items. She keeps all our deals moving smoothly for our clients.
Annabelle Absar
Director of Marketing
Annabelle is the director of marketing at WH Properties. A native Nashvillian, she is a graduate of Belmont University. She has experience in blogging, social media marketing, and the performing arts.
Annabelle joined WH Properties in 2013. She helps prepare all clients and their properties for listing, markets every listing, helps find off-market properties for buyers, coordinates events, and manages client programs. She makes sure that WH Properties is on the map.
Bill Huggins
Client Liason
Bill is the office liaison and client coordinator for WH Properties. A 6th generation Nashvillian, his network of contacts is vast and varied. He’s been involved in the real estate industry throughout his life and ran a family business for many years.
Bill joined WH Properties in 2013, and has supported his son through the development of his team. He helps coordinate vendors, deliver documents, and manages items for our listings.
