Allen and Laura will meet with you at our office. We’ll get to know each other, and walk through the buying process. We'll answer any questions and start getting an idea of what you're looking for.

3. Start Your Search
We'll use your wants and needs to set up an automatic search that will email all available listings directly to you. This is the fastest and most accurate search method that comes directly from the Middle TN MLS feed.
Laura and Allen will continually do extra searches for pre-market and off-market properties that fit your specifications. They will use their private network, contact other realtors, and farm desired neighborhoods to find your perfect property.
5. Tour Properties
See a home that you like? Laura will coordinate a viewing time with you, schedule with the listing agent, and accompany you on a private property tour.
5. Make an Offer
Once you're ready to make an offer, we'll discuss a custom strategy to get you the property with the best terms possible. We will guide you through any possible negotiations and make sure you know every detail of your contract. Once you’re under contract, Rachel steps in to guide you through the next steps.
7. Contingencies
Congratulations - you're under contract! From here, we’ll help you set up any property inspections, resolve any possible repair issues, make sure your finances ready to go, and verify that the property is appraised.
8. Walk-Through & Closing
Before it's yours, we'll meet you at the property for a final walk-through to verify the condition is as agreed. On the closing day, we'll meet you at your closing attorney's office to sign the final paperwork. Congratulations on your new home!
