This service takes the stress out of selling while maximizing the sales price for our client. We partner with trusted vendors to prepare the property for sale, from repairs to cleaning and staging. The best part - we front the costs! You don’t pay anything until we close.

1. Assess the Property

We’ll visit the property and work together with you to decide how to best increase its value. We’ll set a budget and work with your individual needs and timeline.

 2. Coordinate with Vendors

We’ll coordinate with our trusted vendors to arrange all services needed. Don’t worry - everything will be approved by you.

3. Begin Work & Pre-Market

As the work is being done, we’ll be spreading the word about your property to area realtors to increase buzz.

4. List the Property

Once all work is complete, we’ll get professional photos and list the property on the market. Our full-scale marketing plan will continue until the property is sold.

5. Complete the Payment

You will pay for the work (with no added interest) at the property’s closing, at the termination of your listing agreement with WH Properties, or 12 months after the start date of our service. (Whichever comes first.)
