In 2009, Allen started bringing together a hand-picked real estate team of amazingly qualified professionals. Coming from a family deeply entrenched in the local housing market, he knew exactly what it would take to create a client experience that’s above and beyond.

Allen had a vision of a new brokerage model, which spurred the creation of WH Properties in 2017.

WH Properties seeks to create a personalized experience for each client – one that is customized, unique, and places the client’s needs above all else.

Allen Huggins is the lead real estate agent and managing broker at WH Properties. A 9th generation Nashvillian, he is an expert on TN with an extensive network.

Allen is a proud graduate of MBA and The University of Georgia. Allen got his real estate license in 2003 and began forming his own real estate team in 2009.
